Who can join Demival?

Anyone distanced from the labour market can join Demival. You do need to have an approval by the VDAB (Public Employment and Vocational Training Service) and the proper work attitude, however. Demival’s various activities provides it with a multitude of possibilities and will join forces with employees to look for an appropriate job. All sheltered employees can be assured that they will be guided by an experienced and committed team right from the word go.

Supporting personnel

In addition to the tailor-made workers, Demival employs about 100 people in support or guidance positions. These are both production-oriented functions and a function in one of our centralized services.
