Demival packs food and non-food products by using innovative techniques in state-of-the-art production areas. Our employees also work on the customer’s work floor and, by so doing, we avoid unnecessary transport.
Every day, 260 employees perform various packing techniques in the state-of-the-art production areas of the packing department, and, in this way, they provide complementary services. These include the following, for example: open and closed shrink film, cellophane, labelling, digital weight control, counting and filling, flow-pack, display construction, addition of promotion material and manual mounting. Its many years of experience and continuous investment in new machines enable Demival to meet the increasing demand.
There are 7 conditioned production cells and warehouses accommodating 7,000 pallet places for food packing purposes. The warehouses are equipped with computer operated temperature and humidity regulation systems, which is why areas can be cooled independently of one another at temperatures varying between 0°C and 24°C. This means that Demival can guarantee that food products such as meat, fish and vegetables, as well as non-food products, can be processed and stored in ideal conditions. Together with the customer, we aim to provide optimum packaging.
In certain cases, our employees work on the customer’s work floor. The great advantage of this is that the customer does not lose any time to transport anything, that one can switch easily, and that excellent quality control can be performed.
